These terms govern your use of Games I Know, including playing games on gamesiknow.com and using our partner or embed features.
Acceptance
By accessing or using Games I Know, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Games I Know provides browser-based games such as Tic Tac Toe, Four in a Row, Bingo, and I Know. Games run in modern web browsers without a download. We also provide embed tools and a partner dashboard for website owners who want to place supported games on their own sites.
No account required for public play
Most games can be played without registration. You may choose a temporary display name for multiplayer rooms. You are responsible for the name you use and for sharing room codes only with people you trust.
Partner accounts
The partner program uses email-based one-time password sign-in. You are responsible for securing access to your email inbox and partner dashboard. You must register only domains you control or are authorized to manage. Misuse of embed codes, quota limits, or domain restrictions may result in suspension.
Acceptable use
You may not use Games I Know to harass others, attempt to disrupt rooms or infrastructure, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer security controls, misrepresent affiliation with Games I Know, or use the platform for unlawful activity. We may suspend access that threatens service stability or other users.
Embeds and third-party sites
Partners may embed supported games on approved domains using the iframe snippets we provide. You must not modify embed URLs to bypass domain controls or mislead visitors about where gameplay is hosted. Games I Know remains responsible for hosting embedded gameplay, subject to availability and planned maintenance.
Intellectual property
Games I Know, its branding, site content, game assets, and software are owned by Games I Know or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the public site and authorized embeds for their intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute game assets outside permitted embed use.
Disclaimers
Games I Know is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free gameplay, or specific business outcomes from embedded games. Features, games, and quotas may change as the product evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Games I Know is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you used the free public play features only.
